Real case — textile manufacturing
From Excel files and paper ledgers to a multi-user textile ERP
A textile manufacturer managed orders, production, warehouse and finance in Excel files and paper forms. Viora brought all of it into one role-based web system.
The customer name stays private by default; this page is published with an industry label.
Challenge
Operations and finance data scattered across Excel and paper; no real-time view; delayed bookkeeping; quantity/length mismatches between the weaving hall and invoices; manual management reporting.
Solution
A dedicated multi-user web application with operational and finance sections and role-based entry for management, supervisors and accounting.
Modules
Yarn in/out, warp preparation, weaving hall production, fabric-out invoices, spare-parts warehouse, waste, contacts, bank transactions, two-tier accounting documents, invoices and receivables.
Automation
Daily/weekly/monthly Telegram reports; SLA alert for delayed bookkeeping; bank transaction entry from SMS via the HesabYar app (rule-based analysis).
Deployment & security
Docker on a dedicated VPS, Caddy with TLS, PostgreSQL with a replica server for heavy reports, Prometheus/Grafana monitoring; server-side authentication and roles, daily backups, audit log.
Result (qualitative, from real usage)
Management no longer chases updates by phone: production, stock and finance are visible on the phone every morning; quantity/length discrepancies are caught before payment — a real example: a 90 m invoice against 83/89 m recorded production.
Verified scale of real usage (no growth claims): in one operational month, 202 rolls / 24,898 meters of production were recorded in the system and daily reports went out without interruption.
About AI, honestly: inside this ERP the automation is rule-based (SMS analysis, discrepancy detection, automated reports). A management Q&A assistant over approved data is available as a separate product (Viora Business Brain).
For qualified leads, a guided demo is available by arrangement.
